Sometimes you may need to forward some specific emails to another email address. You can manually click on the Forward option and send the email to desired email id but what if you want to send particular emails automatically once they receive in your mailbox? In Gmail, you can automate this task and forward all the particular emails to another email. In this guide, we will see how to forward emails to another email easily and automatically.
Why do you need to forward emails to another email?
The simple examples of forwarding emails –
Example 1 – Suppose you have a common Amazon Account in your family but amazon is registered with your email id. So now, if your family member orders something from Amazon, they won’t get an email about product updates. In this case, you can forward all amazon emails to their emails so that they can also keep updated about their product.
Example 2 – The credit card statement management app scans all your emails and fetches all your credit card statements and shows them in their app/tool. Since you only need to know the card statement and due date, the tool scans all your inbox which is risky and not so privacy-friendly. You can forward statements mail to some random email id and provide access to that random email.
Many services ask you to grant full email access which includes reading, writing, erasing all the emails and you may not want to give some random service tool to have all your primary email data. In such a case, you can use another email and forward the required mail to from another gmail or other email providers like Yahoo, Hotmail, etc..
