3. Step3: From the services window, search for the option called “Device Management Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) Push message Routing Service“
4. Step4: Double click on this option and select “Automatic” in Startup Type.
   
5. Step5: Also, click on the Start button to start the service.
6. Step6: Click on the OK button to save the changes.

Restart your PC once and check if you can turn ON Optional Diagnostic Data option. If the problem still persists, you can head over to the next solution.

Method 4 – How to turn on Optional Diagnostic Data in Windows 10 by using registry editor tool.

1. Step1: Press Windows Key + R button to open the Run window.
2. Step2: Type regedit.
3. Step3: Then go the following path by opening the folder one by one, OR you can copy-paste this path directly into the address bar of the registry editor tool.
