  • Then click on troubleshoot.

  • Then click on the command prompt. This will start the command prompt.click on command prompt
  • Now you need to move to the drive where windows are installed.
  • Type d: and press enter.
  • Type dir to verify if you are in the correct directory.type dir command
  • Now type cd\windows\system32\config. Then press enter.
  • Type md backup and press enter.
  • Then type copy *.*  backup. Press enter.copy mdbackup
  • Now type cd regback and press enter.
  • Type dir to verify if you’re incorrect directory.type dir command
  • Now type copy . .. and Press Enter.
  • Press A to overwrite the file in the destination.overwrite all config file
  • Exit the command prompt and restart your computer.
